ANNOYED!

I haven't been able to log into my hotmail account since 9am this morning. (it's 1pm now)ArG!

This is the message I get: Login Error - please try again later.

Hotmail's website says they have no current outtages.

When I drill down - the error's full text is:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (amymartiner) account. Windows Live Mail can't connect to the Hotmail server. To send and receive messages in your Hotmail account, go to http://hotmail.live.com on the Web, or try again later.
